With a nursing background and passion for psychiatry, she focuses on building efficient, patient-centered systems and strengthening behavioral health services through collaboration and continuous improvement. Outside of work, she enjoys family time, sports, reading, and staying active.
Jessica is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in behavioral health. She holds a nursing degree from AdventHealth University and a Master’s in Nursing Leadership from the University of Central Florida. Jessica has led behavioral health teams and collaborated closely with psychiatrists across multiple care settings. After her frontline work during the COVID-19 pandemic, she completed advanced PMHNP training. She is dedicated to expanding access to mental health care through compassionate, patient-centered treatment.

Dr. Neiza L. Prado is a board-certified psychiatrist with subspecialty expertise in geriatric psychiatry and over 30 years of clinical, leadership, and consultation experience. She has worked across outpatient, long-term care, academic, and correctional-adjacent settings, and is licensed in multiple states. Dr. Prado has served in leadership roles including Medical Director and program director, and supports multidisciplinary teams through consultation, education, and crisis intervention. She also partners with therapist-led practices, providing diagnostic evaluations, medication management, and guidance for complex behavioral health cases.

Dr. Allen previously served as Medical Director of Psychiatry at AdventHealth and continues to support hospitals, outpatient practices, and correctional partners through collaborative behavioral health services.
